Bensons For Beds - Thurrock561 Recensioni

Our shopping experience was great. We didn't feel pressured or pursued around the store, and we were able to get what we needed with a very short lead time!

The store is nicely laid out with beds logically grouped by manufacturer. As it turned out, we were served by the manageress, who has a wealth of experience and knowledge of beds themselves. There was no pressure and her cheerful manner made our visit and purchase a pleasure.

I recently purchased two mattresses from Bensons For Beds, and I'm pleased to share a positive experience. The service was excellent—straightforward and efficient. The delivery process was impressively quick, and I encountered no issues. Overall, a seamless and satisfying shopping experience with no negatives to report. Highly recommended.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional which made it a very easy process.

The member of staff that helped us was brilliant he gave us all the information we needed on different mattresses and bed frames. The shop was clean and tidy. Ben made us feel very welcome and helped us find an amazing bed within our price range.

The staff were very helpful and patient with us as we took a long time to choose

All very easy transaction and very knowledgeable staff.

The salesperson was very pleasant and helpful.

Lateef was helpful and knowledgeable. Followed up my query and did his best to find what we needed. Returned to order with him despite having another branch closer due to his customer care.

Andrea she was so informative asked us what our needs were , explained the different types of mattresses and just generally lovely lady.

Excellent service, Lateef at the lakeside branch was awesome, I had amples of questions, kept calling him for sizes, material, colour and not once he showed frustration.
We got there in the end and placed the order.

Staff member very good and took time to look at our needs and what mattress would be best for us

Listened to what we wanted.
Worked within our budget.

Great choice of beds and matrasses to chose from. Member of staff really helpful. No pressure sale

Was undecided on what bed I wanted when I first went in but Sheela was brilliant and showed me different styles and helped me settle on a perfect option for me.

Jodie was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Fantastic purchasing experience. Andrea was very knowledgeable and made sure that we were buying the right bed for us.

My mum purchased a Mattress from your Thurrock store which she was very pleased with. The Mattress cover has all puckered and stretch in a few months. I have contacted Benson's customer service 3 times. They have said she has to deal with the manufacturer who said he will visit this week. So far the manufacturer has not turned up or confirmed he is still coming. I think your after sales is very poor.

My experience was great. For the minute we stepped into the shop it was very welcoming. Our Assistant was fantastic she knew exactly what she was talking about.
