Ordering was very simple as what I would expect from Bensons. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and was given a 2 hour slot and the driver phoned early to say he was running early and it was delivered without any fuss and collected old mattress in under 20 minutes. Well done

The expertise of the salesman (Chris) at the lakeside store was excellent in helping us chose the correct mattress for our requirements. The updates on the progress of the order were reassuring to know that the mattress was being made. The delivery team were polite and carried out their work efficiently. All in all I rate the experience as first class

He really listened to what we wanted and took the time to suggest some great ideas for both mattresses and bed frames without ever being pushy.
