Staff were nice

The staff are experienced and were really helpful

I received prompt attention from Michael. I appreciated his approach to detail, listening and taking time to find a mattress that suited me (I hope it does, I haven't got it yet!).

Very helpful staff, made us feal at ease as we tried out quite a few mattresses. Eventually decided on a high quality mattress, post discussion over a coffee from nearby cafe. Awaiting delivery in next 3 weeks. Shopping experience went went, looking forward to a good night's sleep.

The service we received at Bensons in Telford was excellent. We weren't quite sure of what matress we were looking for, we received excellent advice, and with the budget we had, we got an excellent bed & mattress.David the manager was excellent with his knowledge. We received a first class service from him.

Very helpful in the shop with choosing the style and type of mattress. Delivery came on the day expected and was kept updated on delivery and the delivery men were very good.

Kerry was knowledgeable, passionate, professional and honest. She left me to make my own decision and wasn’t pushy. Very respectful, kind and patient.

The lady called Julia was very nice, let us know what we asked for, then left us alone to mull it all over. When we decided to buy the mattress she was very helpful and not pushy at all to buy extra things to go with it, just advised us in case we wanted extra stuff.

Bensons were great told us all we needed to know ..Thanks Kerry at Bensons Telford

Brought a really lovely wardrobe from here. Julia was fantastic!

Great customer service, very helpful and efficient and knowledgeable of products. We were made feel comfortable, and there's no hard sales talk, rather we were told the best options and different choices available to suit our needs.

So far so good just need it to be delivered for us to have experienced the whole service.

We were greeted as we went into store and shown the mattress we were interested in. Julia was very helpful and made our purchase an easy and quick experience. When we decided the next day we wanted to order another item I rang the store and spoke to Julia again who was most helpful and sorted everything out for me with no problem. Thanks to Julia great service

Came with many questions and found store manager extremely helpful and professional
Result we placed order

Brilliant service today at Telford Forge Retail Park Bensons- Julia the assistant manager was very helpful and prompt in assisting us today. An asset to your team. Thankyou very much for your service today!

The lady we dealt with at the Telford store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in help us deciding which mattress to purchase for my 90 year old Mother. Excellent.

Great advice that helped us pick the right mattress for us. No hard sell, good information and service. No stearing to the most expensive products, just a drive to find the right product for your budget.
Would have bought a bed too, but next door had coffee and cookies ;)

The gentleman who advised us, had excellent knowledge and it enabled him to guide us to choosing the correct mattress for us.

Couldn’t have been more helpful, very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. Excellent service

Not interested in our custom at all,we bought a display model bed and the staff genuinely couldn't have cared less,in fact Julia was bordering on rude,it was as we think a good deal although I am beginning to question our decision and once we get the bed and mattress home the slightest bit of damage and the whole lot is going back, all I can say is we bought a bed for our toddler from dreams and it made bensons for beds look a second hand market place and so do the staff, please don't waste your money with bensons go to dreams
