What made our visit a pleasure was the fact we weren’t pounced upon as soon as we entered the store. As a customer there is nothing worse.
When Julia did approach us and we told her what we were looking for, she was extremely helpful, pleasant and informative and made our selection stress free.

Very helpful and patient service given to my elderly mum who suffers with terrible back pain.

We bought the Igel NanoTech 3000I. Medium in a double and Orianne ottoman in Oyster colour bedframe.
Very comfortable, amazing night's sleep so far. Perfect for what we wanted and our body/sleep needs as 30+ year old adults with minor back and joint problems.
Bed frame instructions simple to put up and good quality bed frame. Lovely soft touch material.

Delivery team kept me up to date leading up to delivery. Placed the bed in the room of my choice and was so fast unloading off the lorry.

We would definitely recommend.

A lady called Kerry assisted us with our purchase was really helpful. Even reminded me to use my blue light card saving me money thank you ☺️

The salesman David at Telford made our experience brilliant. Very informative and allowed us to explore our options without any pushy sales tactics.

We already knew what we wanted to purchace, so it was just a matter of cost and availability. The salesmam was helpful and didn't try to force a purchase.
I had already researched the product so was well aware off what I was buying and the salesman didnt try to over-sell it to us. So we were very happyĺ with the whole service provided in store. The discount offered was through the blue light scheme, which I have membership to. So we saved a decent amount of money.

The whole process was super easy, from ordering and purchasing to delivery and installation. Everyone was very friendly, professional and communicative. I would 100% recommend.

This company has got to have one of the worst customer services in the country.Dont be fooled on the website " contact us on the number given numerous times any day any time never answered within 30 minutes longest 47 minutes then it rings off.Faulty bed £3.500 not interested fobbed off. Will raise a " ticket " which quote goes in a pot then someone will contact you.(Dont pay cash) once theyve got the money just sit back no urgency.No issues with actual shop just nothing there when there's a problem. IN FACT KERRY & JULIA AT THE TELFORD SHOP HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR ROLES AND HOPEFULLY BYPASSING THESE EXCUSES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE BY TAKING THE MISSING PARTS ETC FROM A BED IN STORE AND AS A RESULT WE WILL NOT BE GIVING THE BED BACK DESPITE TRADING STANDARDS INFORMING US WE ARE WELL WITHIN OUR RIGHTS.TAKE NOTE CUSTOMER SERVICES SOMETIMES THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX AND LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS ON THE ODD OCCASION YOU CAN RETAIN CUSTOM.
WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CREATING" TICKETS" AS YOU CALL THEM .

The people at the shop explained everything to use and pointed us to the best bed for us.the service was excellent the delivery men stue and Lee were excellent and explained how to use the mattress.

Kerry at the Telford branch provided well-informed and friendly advice in our selection of a new mattress, giving us plenty of time to compare all the various options.
