The team were courteous
The team were courteous, efficient and friendly. All packaging was taken away, leaving my room clean and tidy. I was asked were I wanted my items placed post assembly. An extra item was unpacked for me that I was expecting to do myself. The team removed their shoes on entering my property without being asked.

I highly recommend
I Got a call from the delivery guys 30mins from my house, very polite guys when they turned up.
They quickly got to work putting my bed together which I am very pleased with it.
Only criticism is that mud was left in my carpet which I had to clean up. Hence the four stars.

Amazing Customer Service
The purchasing experience at Bensons in Telford was fantastic. Dave was brilliant in explaining the science of sleep, helping us find the right type of mattress for us and being incredibly patient with all of our silly Q's. There was no pressure selling, or hovering around as we browsed just brilliant customer service.

Superb delivery service
Superb delivery service. The guys were beyond superb!
Called 40 mins prior to delivery, they were friendly yet professional really nice men.
They removed their shoes without me asking, took mattress up to my room, I expected the usual ‘we just leave deliveries in your hall love!’ As that’s what I’ve come to expect (sadly) I cannot praise them highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bensons For Beds are best
David was friendly and not pushy. He had a wealth of knowledge to share. He clearly knew the product he was selling. He wasn't just pushing for a sale like I found in other bed shops that I had been in. He helped me to find the right bed for me. I appreciated his honesty. I will recommend Bensons for Beds to anybody I know who is looking for a new bed.

Great experience
After the item dropped in price later in the day after we purchased it, a quick phonecall to the shop and a refund of the difference given. The delivery team were very good at keeping us up to date with the delivery schedule and were very prompt.

Couldn't be happier
The sales man at the shop was very helpful, explained the differences between the mattresses, he was very polite. The delivery came on time, the men (Ian and Paul) took the mattress upstairs, used shoe protectors, they were very helpful, explained how to look after the mattress and that it would be less hard when it had warmed up. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and love the mattress.
