The sales guy in Swindon was really helpful, very pleasant without being pushy. The shop is very tidy.

The person in the shop was extremely helpful explaining the differences in mattresses etc.

The gentleman in the store was very helpful and equally the delivery service too. Both courteous and helpful.

No pressure, very helpful and made a change someone very knowledgeable explaining the difference from one mattress to another

Excellent service, the sales person that served me was informative and knowledgable with out being pushy. I was able to take my time and try out the beds without feeling that I was being watched.

I was greeted warmly by Jo, she asked if she could help - we told her what we wanted - a no fuss quick sale for a second bedroom and we didn't want to spend too much. She showed us a sprung mattress which we tested then bought. her service was so nice and really refreshing, she was polite quick to progress the sale and we walked out with cover, a bed care kit and free mattress topper so a happy sale :) She also had a set of fabulous nails
