Bensons for Beds in Swindon provided an excellent service. The guy who looked after us was professional, efficient and friendly. A great service from Bensons.

Excellent service, helpful staff in store and delivery drivers polite and respectful.

Jo at Swindon shop was very professional and patient in helping us to choose with no pressure as it can be a difficult choice. We are now enjoying sleeping on an excellent bed for our needs.

I was a little disappointed that having spent over £900 on a bed I was told that if I wanted my old bed taken away I would have to pay £125 extra for this service.

We had a wonderful time trying to find our new mattress and Jo Pode was an excellent sales person she was there when we had questions and left us to it when we needed space although we popped in the store 3 or 4 times as we were checking other shops she greeted us with a smile and a chat each time she was very polite and had all the answers to our questions she made us feel very comfortable and at ease ( no pressure selling) we would give her 5stars for service

We were very impressed with the service in the Benson beds showroom in Swindon. Jo was very efficient friendly and professional. Our bed is being delivered tomorrow very quick as we only ordered on 10th June.

We had a great experience at the Swindon branch. Jo took the time to discuss our requirements and price range. We were never pressurised into making a fast decision. We received lots advice about mattress maintenance.

Had great beds and matress,and unknowlingly a great range of German built wardrobes.

On visiting Benson beds we were greeted and allowed to look around the the showroom at leasure and when we needed assistance to purchase our new bed the staff were very helpful with information and guidance for delivery

The customer service was fantastic she had time to take me around and explained to me everything I needed

The service element of our visit was great. The main issue for us is that the only adjustable display bed and mattress in the store was a way overpriced model that has been about for years rather than the new modern ones on your website. Also the offers in store did not match those on the website.

A good selection of mattresses to try and compare on site allowed us to make a decision quickly with no pressure from the team at all.
