Marie from Bensons on Portrack Lane in Stockton was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our bed. So far, I'm very happy and sleeping well. I was surprised it took 28 days from order to delivery though.

The delivery itself was very efficient, and Mr's Andy Mac and Andy P called to confirm delivery the day before, and on the day of delivery called to give us an estimated time of arrival. They were very efficient and respectful of us and our home. Even recommending taking a couple of pictures off of the stairway wall to prevent damage which we had not thought about.

My recommendation for service improvement is that if you usually provide a couple of pillows with the mattresses you sell, it's poor form to stop the practice during your sales. After all, a poor pillow can affect how well you sleep on your new mattress.

Also, find a way to deliver earlier. A mattress is a major, expensive purchase. It shouldn't take nearly a month to deliver.

Used a machine to dial in the type of support mattress needed ie. soft mediun firm etc.
Delivery quick and efficient, mattress delivered to bedroom and old one removed although this does cost extra.

Very helpful staff tok the time to explain everything. Let us take our time. Explained the interior of the mattresses the wall depth srings filling. Couldn't fault anything. Even the delivery guys. Excellent all round wouldn't go anywhere else. Would reccomend.

My slumberland mattress arrived yesterday by two great friendly lads that took away my old slumberland mattress and carried the new one up and removed the packaging, and as I expected i had a great night's sleep due to a great quality mattress. Thumbs up!

We visited the Stockton on Tees store where Marie helped us choose a new bed head. She listened carefully to us about what kind of thing we wanted, and took us to see examples that could appeal to us, as well as discussing the various fabric options available.
She has a friendly approachable manner and guided us through the order process.
After making our order we were kept up to date over the progress of the order and a firm delivery date was given. As expected, we had a phone call from the delivery team, both called Andy, and it was delivered on time by a friendly member of your team.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable both in the showroom and the delivery guys. The dismantling service which took away the old bed was well worth the money. the guys were careful taking the bed in and out to ensure there was no damage. I would definitely use Bensons again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

The staff in store were very nice and friendly and took their time with us and didn't rush us.
The app for tracking the delivery and being kept informed of the time of delivery was very helpful.
Both of the delivery guys were polite, helpful, friendly and efficient despite being up and on the road since very early in the morning.
The only negative thing was that our day of delivery was changed. That wasn't great as we had arranged for our old mattress and topper to be collected the day of the delivery of the new mattress. That had to be rearranged. But I did contact the store and they said that if we couldn't rearrange collection of the old mattress and topper that the delivery guys would take them away for us. We were able to rearrange collection of the old mattress etc which was good but it was nice to know that Bensons would help us.
We have bought a mattress, a bed and bedside cabinets from Bensons previously. Their staff have always gone out of their way to help us.
