Service with excellent delivery couldn’t fold them were very good very helpful. Definitely a 10 out of 10 thank you so much.

Stuart was very helpful and patient whilst we took our time trying different mattresses (with a crying baby in tow!). He took onboard feedback and comments to help guide us to the perfect mattress. He asked for budget and preference etc and use his knowledge and experience to help us pick.
Everything was fully explained during the buying process and he ensured we were completely happy before going ahead - we didn’t feel pressured at any point to purchase from the store which we have had from other places.

Good service in the shop, even when renovation not finished. Reasonable price of matress which was delivered on time, with old matress removed at same time. Excellent service all round.

Marie was very helpful and knowledgeable, completely not pushy just friendly and informative. There was a good range to choose from and some good deals too, as a returning customer all my details were already on file which made everything easier once I had made my choice

Expertise and patience of both members of staff .

We told Marie what sort of bed we wanted and how it will be used quite infrequently. She showed us the options and didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive bed.
Having initially just gone to have a look at what was on offer we were impressed enough to place an order, especially as there was flexibility with the delivery date.
Happy to recommend both Marie and the Stockton store.
