We have purchased from Bensons for Beds several times. Always see Linda who is helpful and knowledgeable.

So happy to have found our new bed. Really helpful staff who spent time with us while we chose. Lots of helpful advice and some very welcome discounts.

We wanted to update our mattress. The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Her tablet also allowed her to check availability, options etc on the spot, and details of our last order from 11 years ago! This meant she could show us the nearest equivalent mattress available now, which was useful for comparing. Ordering process was smooth too. Loses a star because we could’ve got the same product cheaper elsewhere (online) but we’d still have had to try it at Bensons first.

I was happy with the service I received in-store, but you came very close to losing the deal after I was told that it would take 8 - 14 weeks for delivery. This was after we had spent some time researching what was available and went with the choice of bed. This is ludicrous. People would expect delivery to be within a couple of weeks.

Good selection of mattresses. Plenty of opportunities to try each one. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Linda took time to let me see and try different options of mattress and bed until I found my ideal combination.

The process of ordering on line went smoothly and we are looking forward to the arrival of our new mattress.

The delivery time was four weeks for a single mattress. When I went to purchase it, it said delivery would be within a week a bit disappointed if I’m honest, but overall a good buying experience bar the long delivery time.

The lady I dealt with was polite. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all the products , she made my experience of buying the bed that would suit my needs very easy

Staff explained the types of mattresses available and the various options available.
