Great store lots of choice and very helpful staff who really listened to what I needed and helped me find the mattress that was right for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

So far so good. The sales rep, Linda, Was very helpful in picking the right furniture for our son's room. Order has been placed & we've had confirmation that it is being built. So now we just have to wait. The fact they offer a free assembly service was a big win for me as I suffer with a bad back. Fingers crossed it arrives on time & is as good quality as the show room model.

Excellent service from start to finish. The 2 delivery operatives were superb, they were well mannered and nothing was too much trouble. I would reccomend Bensons to anyone wanting a stress free experience.

Great service in store, delivery and installation was excellent. One drawer was damaged and we are awaiting replacement. We are really pleased with our new bedroom furniture, looks modern and stylish and has given us loads of storage. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service from Stafford store was excellent, with no pressure to buy, and plenty of time to test the mattresses. Easy to pay for and to set a delivery date.
Delivery was another matter. Got updated about when the delivery was to be the night before - 1st of 19 between 7 and 9 a.m. I live just off j13 of the M6, so a straightforward drop from Manchester. However, tracking the delivery, went around the houses obviously going to other places first. Driver then phoned me at 9.30 to say he wasn’t going to be with me until between 10.30 and 11.30. No reason given for being late. When they got here, left muddy footprints all over the landing and bedroom. Not impressed, although they did offer to clean up the mess. Only bad experience of a good service otherwise.
Mattress is fine.

Seeking to buy a new bed I went to Bensons for Beds in Staffordand their sales person, Jan, gave me a lot of advice and information. She was really excellent and enabled me to make an informed choice.

I was welcomed as I entered the store and given good advice when I stated what I was looking for. I was able to try various mattresses which helped with my final choice. The sales person was clear in the information she gave me on ordering and I went away with the necessary documentation and information regarding my order.

We actually went in to the Stafford store and had a lovely lady help us by the name of Linda. She wasn’t pushy and was very knowledgeable and we would have ordered through her, but I store didn’t use the Blue Light card discount which was very disappointing after all of her help and then her not getting the sale. It seems very unfair on them.

Experience was fantastic - we weren’t jumped on when we came in. After about 10 minutes a really helpful lady came to say hello and asked if she could help. We explained what we were looking for and she guided us to a number of options. We were in and out within 30 minutes but weren’t rushed. 100% recommend over other bed retailers. Jan and Linda looked after us very well 👍
