Good information about the makes & differences between the mattresses we looked at, very helpful staff member & not too overbearing

Andy in St Helens was great. Very informative and helpful but not your pushy salesman. He asked the questions to know what we were after and gave us options. Looking forward to getting our new bed and mattress.

Absolutely shocking quality of ottaman bed with headboard. Ordered 17th March, received 6 weeks later, damaged headboard, ottaman part was faulty but managed to rectify the alignment! Requested replacement headboard, another 6 weeks, again quality was worse than the 1st headboard, tried for the 3rd time, me being hopeful, again faulty, scratched, ripped and beads were horrendous. Paid an extremely high cost, for extreme quality defects! 14 weeks in total! Disgraceful! Not many options as is a complete set, so either have faulty headboard or no headboard! QA is non existent! Compensation offered (which was insulting), accepted headboard faulty as no other choice unless I wished for the saga to continue.... what value did Bensons bring against competitors and Far East... None

The Team Member was Excellent
He approached us to let us know he was there but left us alone to peruse at our own leisure. When we had questions he was able to answer them and even rang another store to double check the information he was giving to us.

Andy the salesperson was very helpful. Listened to what we wanted and was able to answer all our questions and guide us to beds that would best suit our needs. Did not feel pressured at all. Good choice of beds and payment options.

We were allowed to look around at our leisure. When needed help was given with full explanation. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
