We thought the Manager whose name is…
We thought the Manager whose name is Andy at the St Helens store was extremely helpful as we wanted a low level bed and mattress with headboard in a certain colour. We also wanted another headboard in the same colour. These were ordered and came on time and the bed efficiently assembled.
Unfortunately the other headboard which we ordered as well the colour did not go with our existing bed so I phoned Customer Services to see if anything could be done I e-mailed them to see if they would exchange it for another colour. Within a few days they got back to me and said Yes they would but obviously would be a small charge for delivery.
I have been into the branch today and spoke to Andy and chose a different colour.
I would like to say a big Thank you for your support and anytime in the future we need a new bed will of course come to Bensons.

The salesman showed us around and gave us pillows to try out the beds and gave us the different options for firm and extra firm mattresses. We only went in for a mattress but ended up buying a King size bed and mattress. Salesmenship at its best.Very pleased and can't wait for delivery.

Ideal store Staff and great prices
The customer service representative Tracey was brilliant from start to finish and was exactly the kind of person you’d want when shopping around for a bed or mattress. She was friendly, non pressurising, patient and informative in answering all of my questions. The price was reduced due to a sale Benson’s had on on the day I went in store which reduced the cost by £100 from £399 to £299. Unfortunately, my only disappointment so far is that the mattress couldn’t be delivered for 2 weeks, which is 7 days longer than I was expecting for delivery turnaround. I am yet to receive the mattress I ordered so hopefully all continues to go well, Im 4/14 days into the delivery date.
