My husband and I were unsure if we wanted to replace our current bed but after speaking with Georgina in store, she convinced us to buy a brand new bed and we're so glad she did. We found it quite difficult to find the right one but after telling her exactly what it was we were after in a bed, she found an amazing bed for us. Georgina went above and beyond until she was satisfied it was what we wanted. Without her I don't think we would have bought one if I'm honest, as I say, we weren't totally convinced we needed one, but so glad for her help so thanks Georgina.

Huge thanks to our sales assistant Tracy who was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and hassle free.

Andy was the salesman that assisted us in store, he was kind, professional and was not pushy in anyway, his aim was to give us the best experience possible when trying to select the correct bed we wanted. He made the whole process straightforward, simple and fun. When we entered the store we didn’t have the intention of buying it there and then but merely to take a look at the beds on show to help us make a decision on what was right for us.
But thanks to Andy we walked after selecting the best bed set up for us.

Very informative. Didn't feel rushed. Was given the option to try as many beds out to get different experiences. Georgina was very knowledgeable. After trying out a few beds a decision was made. Happy with our purchase. Even better with 25% off. Also they don't make you feel you have to purchase. Always liked Bensons.

Visited the St Helens branch on New Years Day and Tracey was highly knowledgeable on the stock, promoting the benefits of each mattress until we found our perfect matress and base combo.

Average coffee, excellent customer service.

Georginia is an excellent store assistant. She made us feel like the whole time we spent exploring the different mattresses was just centered on our comfortability and not just getting sales. She explained every aspect of the product and was also prepared for our queries.

Brought a bed the beginning of November 2024 still not received the bed they keep coming up with different excuses refused are money back just over a thousand pound for it ive phone everyday cos they keep canceling delivery four times been canceled refused money back st helens store do not buy from them staff are very rude and will not help
