The divan bed is very stylish and plenty of room in the drawers, being on casters makes it easy to move. The matress is comfortable although a little firmer than the one I tested in the store, I hope it will soften a little bit more over time, I am glad I went for the soft matress and not the medium. I do find it too warm though, the temperature regulation does not exist, I am waking up several times in the night feeling very hot, it is supposed to keep you cool, it doesn't, which is why I give 3 stars

We understand your comments about the mattress feeling firmer than the one tried in store. Showroom mattresses are often more bedded‑in, and new mattresses can feel firmer initially, with some softening over time through regular use.
That said, we’re sorry to hear you’re finding the mattress too warm and that this is disrupting your sleep, particularly when temperature regulation was an important feature for you. This is not a cooling mattress, it is temperature regulating. We appreciate how frustrating this can be.
As you’re still within 40 nights of delivery, you may be eligible for our 40‑night Comfort Guarantee, which allows you to exchange if the mattress isn’t the right fit for your needs. We’d recommend visiting or contacting your local store, where the team can discuss alternative options and explain how to activate this.

Ryan and Kelvin arrived on time and…
Ryan and Kelvin arrived on time and were courteous, friendly and respectful, they used overshoes when entering my house and removed my old mattress and brought my new mattress in and made sure that it was fitted onto the bed frame. Made sure that I was satisfied with everything. Overall a great service.
