Helpful and kind
The assistant who helped us was really kind. Ken is getting over a stroke and his speech has been affected but Graham was so kind and patient and helped us find the right bed within our budget.

Absolutely fantastic service the manger at the Shrewsbury store was so helpful, kind and very patient she had so much knowledge of the product we were after. We could not have asked for a better service than we were given.
