Very satisfied. Bed came two weeks earlier than expected. Delivery was a bit rushed but ok for me. Other customers may require instruction on mattress turning and adjusting slates but I already knew that information.

We dealt with two sales assistants in store on separate occasions and both went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The bed was delivered on the date advised at the outset and I received updates on progress and clear info on time of delivery etc. Good experience from purchase to receipt.
