We knew what mattress we were looking for and Jane helped us to make the right decision allowing us to try all 4 of the Gell mattresses. The customer service couldn't have been better, its Bensons policy of charging £50 for delivery and £50 to take away my old mattress that I disagree with especially when my purchase was £1500 Let's hope the Gell mattress is everything I am hoping for.

As we have curved stairs they had to have precise handling throughout the delivery with the recycling procedure and fixing the new appliance.

Mattress delivery
The overall experience at Bensons was really good. The staff in the shop were very knowledgable, polite and helpful. The delivery guys arrived on time and did their job efficiently and quickly.
The only downside was that they parked their vehicle on the grass verge outside our house and when they drove away the tyres on the vehicle made a terrible mess and it looks like a ploughed field which really annoyed me but by this time they had gone. I don’t know if Bensons will acknowledge this as I did let them know on my review to them.
