Was served by the manager Christine. Excellent customer service skills and top notch knowledge of the products that Bensons sell along with clear guidance on delivery dates. Christine also explained the advantages of buying a split headboard rather than one piece in the hotel size.

We visited several stores looking for a new bed. Bensons offer was the best and their staff were very professional and the transaction went smoothly. They were the only store to offer to take away our old bed, which was a big factor in influencing our decision. We are happy that we have made the right choice.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Listened to what I could afford instead of trying to push a more expensive product onto me.

Overall the experience was good. I’ve only graded it 4 instead of 5 as I thought the assistant was quite abrupt initially and could have displayed more patience whilst explaining the beds initially.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome from Michelle and Julie at the rugby store, we purchased our last bed from yourselves and was disappointed as the man ordered the wrong mattress so was abit worried that it all go wrong again but both ladies made our visit a pleasurable one they went out of there way to provide a great service absolute a credit to your company and I am so looking forward to receiving our new mattress ottoman and headboard and I’m confident it will all go great this time thanks again ladies your amazing

Bensons always have a good selection of headboards both design colours and fabrics. Staff very helpful andxtook the time with me and I found what I wanted. My purchase was £199 but almost fell over when they charged me £39 for delivery!! Anything over £100 throws a large delivery charge no negotiation! So if you spend £100 to £2000++ it's the same. Sadly I doubt I'd return for a similar purchase again. I had 5 heavy pieces of furniture delivered from Dun...m last week..£10 delivery. A garden store from H...base £3 delivery. Bensons you need to review your delivery policy! This is extortionate for a smaller purchase.

Went into the Rugby store, as we are staying with family and don’t have a store close to home, we were followed around by an older asian sales lady, me and my wife felt so uncomfortable she was watching us try out mattresses she was very creepy not a nice experience, my wife said to her we don’t need any help but she was very persistent and stayed with us and listened to our conversation, as a couple we would have liked to discuss the mattresses without a sales person listening and adding her stupid advice. This sales lady needs some training not to harass or watch people try out mattresses. The sales lady starred at me constantly I felt intimidated by this sales lady she is very unprofessional making rude gestures it was not a nice experience for me or my wife.
