Ben (😬) of Bensons, in Romford, was most welcoming, professional and very knowledgable. He guided us to what we believe is the correct choice of bed and helped us decide on duvet and pillows. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services. He is an asset to the organisation.

Within the Bensons store in Romford, the office staff member called Syed gave wonderful customers service. Syed was polite, friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in his profession. He answered all my questions, plus gave me insights of the Bed features which enabled me to make the right decisions tailored for my requirements. He also answered my questions regarding what to expect on the day of delivery. I felt like I was in great hands every step of the way. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend him and Bensons to other customers.

Beds and mattresses are well presented. Sales assistant helpful without being overbearing.

Great service the only problem was a 7am delivery.

Buying a bed is a challenge, so many options and styles to consider and trial. We popped in last week and met Ali, it was obvious he knew his product range and was very knowledgeable but not pushy. We went to a couple of other shops but returned to deal with Ali.
Today we agreed on what bed was best for us because Ali was able to give us a couple of options and put together a package that suited us.
We were impressed with Ali’s relaxed approach, backed up with knowledge and experience.

The shop was quiet and airy, allowing us time to browse quietly. Everything we needed was there. A bit pricey, but appeared to be good quality, we will see when it arrives, 1 month for delivery, but not an issue for us, as it will be replacement furniture.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with both the quality of the mattress I purchased from your company and the unprofessional service I have received in attempting to resolve the matter.

After just over a year of use, the mattress has become severely lumpy and is sinking in multiple areas, making it impossible to get a comfortable night's sleep.

The deterioration of the mattress in such a short time is completely unacceptable and speaks to the poor quality of the product.

However, what is more disappointing is the level of service I have encountered when trying to resolve this issue.

After my initial complaint and speaking with an Agent I was told to get an "Independent Mattress Report" from a Technical Adviser and send it and then you will see what can be done.

I will not spend my money and time to do any such thing that is why we have insurance and warranty.

Despite contacting your team several times to request an exchange or resolution, I have been met with indifference, and the matter remains unresolved.

It is appalling that Benson For Beds fails to honor the quality standards you claim to uphold, leaving customers like myself with a defective product and no support.

I expect this issue to be addressed immediately, either through a full replacement of the mattress or an appropriate alternative.

Please respond promptly to avoid further escalation of this complaint.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! They are a scam. I ordered a few items from their store in Romford, and I wanted to return some of them, but I couldn't just because I had ordered them from the store. The staff in the shops are too busy watching football and no one is willing to help you. This company works based on a drop shipping model, so they have no control over the products or customer service. Please save your money and shop somewhere else.
