We had a fantastic experience thanks to Naz. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much to ask, and he helped us find the perfect bed and mattress without ever making us feel pressured.
He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Naz is a real credit to the Romford branch, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service. Thank you, Naz!

From the beginning Benson's kept us informed with the date of delivery and the likely time slot. If we had any problems we were able to change.When the delivery was made with the bed and mattress all went very smoothly .Thanks for that

Luke was very knowledgeable and assisted us in finding the right mattress and pillows to help with my lumbar and neck pain. Friendly and helpful member of the team who made us feel valued as customers, a total different experience from dreams where we were before coming to bensons for beds, we will definitely be coming back for future purchases. Very helpful man at the store he certainly knew his beds and mattresses and it made it easy to buy what exactly what we wanted and not a pushy salesman like you get sometimes in some of these store just great advice so thankyou!

Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He left us alone to decide which mattress was best for us and did not rush us in anyway but was available when we needed any help or advice.
