The young lady was very helpful and did not push us into buying a mattress, she explained what type was good for us and left us to decide what mattress to buy ,she was very pleasant person to deal with her name is Helen

Helen was really helpful with information for our mattress. It was also nice and quiet in the week so we could take our time and choose the perfect one.

Very good selection of both beds and headboards. We didn’t purchase a mattress as we already had a new one but there seemed to be a good selection.
The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was because of the pricing system. The ticket price on ottoman beds was actually for standard divans and the ottoman bed price was in small print.

Must say that it's odd to review our bed before delivery- but so far so good. The showroom staff at the Rayleigh Weir store were very helpful and gave us all the suggestions and information that we needed. We think we have chosen the best bed for us and understand the "try it and see" period that we'll have.

Great variety of beds and mattresses in the store to browse. The staff are very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Didn’t feel pressured at any point. Vicky was especially helpful.
