Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson Marvin, made our purchase very simple and straightforward!

Very smooth trouble free experience from the sales person at the Rayleigh Weir Branch to the delivery a month later. Assembling of the Bed and Tallboy was very straight forward - no missing parts the only slight problem was we found one of the runners on the Tall Boy was fitted incorrectly but this was easily rectified.

Went to our local.branch in Rayleigh ,the salesperson that we spoke to was very informative,once we had decided we came home and ordered online ☺️

The young man who served us was excellent. He asked us what we were Looking for . And then patiently showed us the availability. We then choose out purchase arranged delivery paid the bill .
And after a successful shop were on our way . Oh and
The shop was air conditioned

Ordered from showroom, clear precise delivery date which was honoured. Driver messaged early on day of delivery and him and his mate arrived spot on time.
Shoes off and delivered all 4 boxes to our room of choice.
Construction of bed took me and my son in law 90 mins to construct with no errors and minimal head scratching.
Bed looks first class, divan type bed with smooth operation.
First class product, service and delivery.

We only required a mattress for a spare bed however the attention and knowledge we received was very pleasing.

Helpful, informative staff in shop. Received updates on progression of my order then also with delivery day and time including call from delivery men with time of their arrival. Delivery men, Mark and Alan, even took away my old metal bedhead although I had forgotten to ask about this in the shop..very nice of them.

From start to finish our experience was excellent, which we find hard to come by these days!! Choosing a bed was a hard task because you want to get it right. You certainly get what you pay for with Bensons. We were served by the very knowledgeable Jay at the Rayleigh branch and he really knew his stuff and was not pushy in any way, which we liked. He showed us all of our options then left us to decide.
The Delivery was also excellent. The two chaps, sorry didn't get your names, were professional, took great care and time to give us information on caring for the product. Would recommend the Rayleigh branch.

The initial contact with customer service was excellent. We were provided with all the information we needed and were happy to wait for the arrival of our bed.

We paid a delivery charge of £69, which we were told included delivery as well as the delivery team taking photographs of the bed upon arrival in case any issues arose.

When the delivery day arrived, the team simply deposited the bed and left. There was no unwrapping of the item and no photographs were taken. When I explained what we had been told, the response was that if we experienced any issues, we should contact the store.

Given the cost of the delivery service, we felt this fell short of the high standard of customer service we had initially received. While the ordering process was excellent, the delivery experience was disappointing and did not match the expectations that had been set.

Plenty of choice in store and the assistant was very helpful.

The gentleman I dealt with at the Rayleigh store, Jaymin, was really helpful - not pushy in any way, and was very knowledgeable. He let me take my time and answered any query I had.

The men who delivered the bed were very polite and did a good job.

From ordering wardrobes until being fitted,a very good service. The guys that assembled the wardrobes were very good. No mess at all. Took all cardboard away. Completed the job so very quickly.
