Great customer service. The lovely lady at the Mousehold Heath Norwich branch helped me pick the right bed and mattress and i'm looking forward to sleeping in it next week!

Great Service
We went in to buy a bed as we got our last one there, , they were very helpful, especially Judy, she was friendly, helpful and very professional , she helped us choose the right sort of mattress. Delivery times were quick and you are kept informed at all times. Would definitely go there again

Excellent customer service by Judy at the Norwich branch . She was very informative without being pushy ! We purchased a bed and then had to return to change the size of the mattress as we realised it would not fit up the stairs ( thanks to Judy for reminding us to measure ) on return the process to change the size was easy and again great customer care

Very professional experience
Sales lady was very helpful and explained all the different bases and mattresses to us and the cost.

Store staff are great. Head office customer service is awful!
The staff at Bensons Norwich are knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
Unfortunately, things went wrong on delivery. The date was booked, I had the text to track the delivery and I could see the van was 5 minutes away. However, it turned around and I got a call around 20 minutes later to say that our mattress was not onto the van.
I had to booked a second day off work to take delivery a week later.
Although my delivery charge was refunded, Bensons have concern at all re the fact I had to take a second day off. The after sales customer service and communication is appalling and it really has just been hard work.
Such a shame when the store staff work so hard to give a good service.

Very helpful lady
Very helpful lady, Tina, especially when I needed to change the order. Good, comfortable bed at a fair price. I could have had the bed within 2 weeks but chose a later date to fit in with other commitments. Have used this company before and would do so in the future, should the need arise.
