The person who helped us was excellent. She knew her stuff and offered great advice without being pushy

Tina was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The showroom had a good selection of beds and mattresses etc.

From start to finish, this shopping experience was excellent. Starting with Tina on the shop floor to the delivery men.
We were kept informed regularly whilst waiting for delivery. A very positive transaction, and as I am due to replace my other bed soon, I would definitely revisit Bensons for Beds. The products were competitively priced and at no time did I feel pressured into buying, all in all a pleasant experience.

Excellent sales rep, informative helpful and not too pushy

Went into the store with a rough idea of what we were after and was greeted by Tina who showed us options within our price range and style we were after. When unsure with a few, she was patient with us and we got shown another option which was ideal. She was very friendly, very helpful. Couldn’t have been a better experience! Been in other retailers and they didn’t offer to help so was pleasantly surprised.

We were looked after well by Sinead, she was very helpful, and we were able to bring our little dog with us, so a good experience all round.

Very helpful and efficient two women in the store location was the beginning. The delivery was on time and since the truck was too large to get through The Great Hospital site Gates, the men carried the items to the flat. The set up was very fast and efficiently completed. THANKS.

Welcoming and professional staff. Not pushy but helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer questions about their products. Nothing was too much trouble. Norwich branch should be proud of their staff.
Our delivery service was excellent, on time and the bed was assembled quickly and efficiently. The delivery man noticed that the wrong size duvet had been delivered so he took it back and said he’d get it changed. That was on the Friday, we had our replacement one delivered Monday morning. Cannot ask for more than that!
All in all, if you want good service and a lovely quality bed, I can recommend this company.

The guys that delivered my bed were both very polite friendly & helpful,they put the bed together very promptly & professionally explained to me what was what & how it worked. No problem what so ever very pleased with them & the bed.

The bed that was delivered was damaged in many areas - the headboard, the footend, the base boards and the main frame could not be asembled correctly due to misalignment, meaning two of the bolts could not be fitted,.The delivery team took photos and said they would report the issues as the complete bed assembly needs replacing.
Despiote the delivery team reporting the issue, and my sending an email and also raising a ticket through your web site, I have heard NOTHING from the Customer Support team.

No Presure Sales , But we knew what we wanted and was shown the correct products we wanted to buy and we did. Great Money off Deals. Which was a lovely surprise. Excellent Experience.
