QUEST FOR COMFORT
Me and my wife were looking for advice and information on a new mattress as we hadn’t had one for a number of years. Judy approached us and in a professional and friendly manner offered to guide us on our quest for comfort! She explained a few of the different types and got us on the machine to assess our sleeping positioning. We then tried a number of different mattresses around the well presented showroom floor and found the one for us. Working out our needs without pushy sales pitches Judy talked me through all the delivery, extended protection and warranty details and we left fully satisfied with our purchase, not needing to even glance in another shop window.
We can’t wait for peaceful, comfortable sleepy nights all thanks to Judy the comfort queen.

I like our wardrobe
I like our wardrobe, it was delivered earlier than the estimated date which was good. The assembling team were a bit haphazard with their timing. A date was given but I had to wait on the day of the delivery to know the exact time they would be arriving. Our wardrobe doors don’t close fully, a bit annoying but I let it slide.

Product seems ok but delivery team miserable
The delivery team let down the whole experience. Very disengaging with no customer facing skills. Hardly cracked a smile let alone a conversation. Just seemed totally miserable which is a real shame.

We were kept informed from when we purchased the mattress.
Frequent emails followed informing us when are purchased would be delivered. Giving us a 2 hour tie slot. I received a phone call 1 hour before the mattress would be delivered. I arrived on time. With friendly delivery men. After that we had a great nights sleep.

Great assistance and choice of beds
