A straightforward buying process
We explained exactly what we wanted/needed to the person selling. She listened carefully and showed us 3 different possibilities. Once we had chosen, she was knowledgeable about the product and the buying process was easy. Delivery will be straightforward and in good time. The bed will be delivered to the appropriate room. The staff member was friendly and professional.

Extremely helpful sales assistant
The sales assistant was extremely helpful, we were able to try several mattresses before coming to a decision. Delivery service was first class. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bensons.

Best service and beds
We went to the Norwich store and we were assisted by Lora. We had the best service! Lora was very friendly, providing us with information as we browsed. We bought a bed, headboard and mattress and it was the easiest experience, thanks to Lora. Highly recommend Bensons, excellent quality goods and the best service.

Sofa bed shopping
We were looking for a sofa bed and Judy couldn't have been more helpful. She was more than happy to show us them as sofas and beds and measured everything so we knew we had the right size for our room. She was informative without being pushy and we ended up buying a new wardrobe as well.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend, customer service is appalling!! We purchased the bed in January and not due to be delivered until middle of may. We were told when buying the bed that if the price goes down before we recieved the bed then they would price match… when calling the store they are now saying that’s not the case. Since reading the bad reviews I wish we had purchased elsewhere. The bed wasn’t cheap and expected better service… lesson learnt! Never again
