Very poor
Upon ordering i found bits of information not explained and consequently losing first delivery spot. After that issue I found northwith store and delivery team at northwich incredibly poor lacking customer focus/empathy hugely spoiling the experience. It felt very disjointed between areas within bensons and the employees I spoke to did not represent any sort of customer focus displaying no empathy or focus to either us as the customer or bensons as their employer

Great service
The people serving in the store were very helpful and supportive during the selection and purchase of the bed. This was the second occasion I’ve purchased a bed from Benson’s for beds.
