From our initial visit to Bensons at Metro Centre Retail Park and the assistance from Louise in choosing our bed and mattress to delivery and installation, we have received first class customer service. Louise was knowledgeable and helpful, we were kept updated on delivery at all times, delivery was prompt and the two delivery drivers/installers were great, they removed their boots while indoors, quick to install (remote control ottoman bed) clear instructions on how to use, cleaned up and removed old mattress. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service throughout!
The experience of being in the store was great. Angela looked after us, very friendly and non-pushy. She listened and understood what we were looking for, I think she knew were keen to be "in and out", buying a bed for a spare bedroom. It was simple and straight forward.
Communications from the company after we'd bought it were consistent, keeping us informed on when to expect delivery etc.. Email and text.
Delivery day - icy and freezing conditions - Rob and Steven were brilliant! They rang me first thing asking if they could arrive ahead of schedule as they'd had a cancellation - which was perfect for me. On arrival they were really friendly, despite it being like an ice rink outside, brought it in and took care manoeuvring very large objects around the house, upstairs into the right room, taking their shoes off without being asked. (Brand new carpets down so really appreciated that!)
Also very happy with the bed. Easy to follow instructions and good quality.

We visited most of the retail shops who sell beds/ furniture and found Paul at Benson’s to be fantastic - we were approached after we’d started looking, which was really nice rather than being approached immediately. He helped us narrow down our search for a bed frame and mattress, provided us with enough information to help us look and make choices but not overwhelm. He spent time with us understanding what was important to us and would benefit us. He checked in with us occasionally, to check if we had further questions or wanted any further information but didn’t stick with us all the way around the store. This was perfect, not over bearing, a perfect mix of information and space to talk between ourselves and look at products. We left the store to look at other shops, we returned a little while later with the price points/ deals but also the good customer service in our mind. We left with the best deal including upgrades to what we’d expected/ set out for and we are very happy with the whole process.
I would recommend the store just for feeling no pressure, ease of shopping, good price points and knowledgeable staff. The full team were approachable, friendly snd really down to earth.

Staff don’t follow you around and try and force a more expensive item on you. Also have great knowledge and helped us find the perfect mattress.

Metro Retail Park Store. Answered all our questions as well as giving helpful information. No pressure, left us to decide in our own time if we wanted to make a purchase.
King size mattress delivered on the date promised and at the agreed time. Elliot and Simon were polite and efficient bagging and removing our old mattress for recycling and putting the new mattress in place. No hesitation in recommend this company.

Joke of a company, quick to take your cash but aftercare is non existant! I would never purchase from this shambles of a company again! I bought a £3000 mattress and after 10 months there is such a massive lump in the middle and have been told we should sleep in the middle of the bed for 30mins every night, but theres “no fault”. Disgusted such a big company can get away with ripping people off.

From start to finish I cannot fault Bensons for beds, our sales person Paul was great in store. Taking the time to talk through all the options for the bed frame, he made sure we had all the details of our order. We were kept well up to date with emails and texts for delivery. The delivery drivers Ryan and Karl were both absolutely lovely, respectful of getting the divan up the stairs and in to the bedroom, took the time to talk through looking after the lifting system and how to keep dust off the material and went above and beyond putting my mattress back on the bed for me which wasn’t part of the install and set up. Would happily buy from Bensons again and would recommend them to anyone who asked

Very good professional advice and support. Delivery was quick and easy. Delighted with the product we purchased.

After waiting an extra 3 months from when the bed was delivered, the drivers turned up with my bed side cabinets dumped them in the room, didn’t unbox them or even offer to tell me what to do, I paid for the installation and instead got a guy standing at my door with an attitude
But what I will say is that the the two men who delivered my bed were fantastic, it’s a shame I didn’t get the same people and the second set of lads were terrible
