The best ordering and delivery service we’ve ever had.
Amazing staff at the Metro Centre branch. Very knowledgeable and process really straightforward. Delivery was 10/10, they couldn’t have been any more helpful. We have had a little issue but I’m sure that will be sorted quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else from no on. They’ve got a customer for life.

My whole experience with bensons has been positive I’ve already gave a glowing review on Louise who helped with the choosing of the beds and my delivery of the beds went smoothly both Nick and Steven being super efficient and careful and took into consideration my newly decorated walls! They were friendly chatty and I would definitely use bensons again 😊

Comfy bed
Plenty time to browse around the shop without getting hasled by sales people. Louise was on hand to answer any questions and give advice if needed.
Bed we ordered is very comfortable and delivery drivers kept us informed about delivery times.

Very helpful and we’re the only retailer to tell us about 4 hour parking which saved us a parking fine, so thank you to the sales man and manager, as for your satisfaction about help and information about my purchase ie mattress. We travelled over 2hrs and 45 minutes to try and view in store great selection and great prices thank you Mike and Caroline
