John helped me and my partner find the best bed and mattress for our new home! Really helped us out and made a stressful decision easy

John in the Llanelli store was the most helpful, polite and chatty person. We purchased a bed from the shop floor and he dismantled it the same day for us to collect. Would definitely recommend.

I work as a carer for a lady with health issues. She was the customer in this purchase, and she was treated with the utmost respect by both of the salesmen at Bensons Llanelli store.
Both she and I were impressed with the service and patience shown.

Great customer service. Ian was brilliant, made sure we had the best bed for us and not the best sale for him. He really listened to us and our needs. Will definitely be recommending Benson for Beds Llanelli.

We arrived in store to be greeted by John. A bubbly friendly guy who couldn't do enough to help!
He asked what we were looking for and what sort of thing we wanted. Rather than him say 'oh I think you should try x y and z.' He listened to our needs (health issues) and assisted gratefully from there. John was not pushy with the sale and the conversation flowed as we were in the process of choosing a mattress/bed. His colleague Cameron was amazing with our children. As well as seeing to other customers that came into store when cameron did not have customers he engaged with our children on their level. My daughters both said to me aged 6+3 'mum that man is very friendly and so funny'

Brilliant customer service, so helpful and full of knowledge!

I was welcomed with a smile the moment I entered the store on Saturday 9th Sept Ian listened to my needs and advised accordingly. I tested a couple of mattress and decided which one would suit be best for my adjustable bed and my comfort with a back problem. I was asked for the length of the bed which I wasn’t sure of and rang them back later with the correct measurement. As I was near the store today Monday and was met with a smile and welcome by the store Manager who had completed my order and had my new invoice ready for me. Such kind lovely people, and I felt at ease and comfortable in their presence. I’m very thankful to them as they really cared.

From the moment we stepped through the door the service was exceptional. We were allowed time to look without being “pounced” on and then when we needed help and advice along came John. What a wonderfully kind and friendly man. Went above and beyond to help me find the right mattress, divan and headboard and really made sure I knew what I was buying and that I was happy with my choices. He also had to tolerate my mother, who is quite a character but he was patient and kind and made us feel so welcome and relaxed. He is an absolute credit to the store and would definitely make this my first choice location for any future purchases. In a world where people are quick to point the finger and complain, I want to do the opposite and praise the exceptional service we had. Thank you John and keep it up.
