Perfection personified
Never had such good service from start to finish. As a retail store manager myself the experience can go down as exceptional. John in the llanelli store the ultimate professional not pushy just genuine friendly informative and wanting to help in the correct manner, it was an easy choice to proceed with the purchase after looking in two other stores I went straight back to the store and he proceeded with taking the order in such a welcoming and easy manner a true gentleman and has a fantastic reputation as I have now had a few people also mention about his fantastic standards. The delivery men also first class they were friendly helpful and again level of professionalism was outstanding. Overall this is how it should be done an example in delivering the perfect customer experience. Thanks

Buying from Bensons
Recently ordered a very expensive Tempur bed after 10 days we had an issue with one of the single mattresses Bensons had no issues changing the matress and helped all the way through i would highly recommend Bensons the original cost was the lowest cost over other bed sellers and when we needed help over an issue again they helped us solve it with no attitude and if anything took just as much care resolving our issue I will be returning to Bensons again 😀
