Bensons For Beds - Llandudno226 Recensioni

Very helpful and knowledgeable and we didn't have to wait to long for delivery. My only issue would be the amount of text messages and emails you receive is rediculas far to many.

We where met at the door. The young 29 year old salesman greatted us with a welcome smile.
Both my husband and I explained, we don't like the hard sale. We wanted time to discuss the many options available to us. We explained we would ask for assistance when required. The sales man explain in straight talking the best option is to have a walk around the show room then to have the compatability of matress check. He explained this so very well in procise language. After 25minutes or so he followed us up with a checkin , nothing to pushy.
We were both ready for the intaction. We proceeded to the mattress test. What a clear explanation of why this service is offered. My husband asked direct questions, which was answered very well ,in simple language without wanting to sound over qualified. Just having the knowledge explained about the product helped us get the correct personal fit. We didn't feel rushed, no assumptions made and certainly at the correct pace for us to make the right choice for us.
He gave us choices in firmness, springs, finish of the matress, toppers and explained everything.
He certainly earned his commission. Well done, you made the experience worth it.

Particularly appreciated the pressure sensor test to help choose the right mattress.

From the very first moment we entered the store in llandudno north wales and dealt with Jason to the delivery guys Barry and Kelvin dropping off the new bed the service the quality and the experience has been exceptional very impressed 👏

Very good experience .

Great bed, very comfy. Staff were fantastic both in store and the delivery guys.

The service was really good, and the staff was really helpful in every way.

From sales to delivery, the product was explained and tailored to my needs without pressure.

Lovely experience and the staff are amazing. I can’t remember the name of the person who helped to buy my bed but he is in Llandudno store. I would like to thank him, he is amazing.

Customer Service and support was excellent. Needed a new mattress urgently for a caravan and Bensons had one in stock. The bed is super comfortable and we are very pleasded.

The sales person in the shop was very helpful and not trying to push expensive ones over cheaper ones. He clearly explained the different types of mattresses, gave time to think it through. Arranged delivery, already aware that a small vehicle was needed due to poor access. Delivery was on time and efficient. Only negative was being asked for a review, many times, before the item was delivered

Great service from walking in the store, Craig was fantastic, very knowledgeable about all the products and a credit to Bensons.

10/10 well done.👍

Curtesy and respect from staff - really listened and understood our needs.

Looked after and given good advice at the premises, contacted with up to date progress and easy delivery.Would use again.

Very helpful and knowledgable sales person. Handy location of store, keen price and delivery time.

Took delivery of the mattress a week today, June 29th. Waking up every morning with bad lower back pain ever since.

No instructions were supplied with it, but I remembered that the staff at the shop told me it needed to be rotated ( not flipped) weekly. Just done that and found the instruction pamphlet underneath the mattress. I had been sleeping on it for a week.

Read them and it clearly states that you need two people to rotate the mattress, lifting it from the underside as flat as possible, as bending the mattress will break glue bonds and dislodge internal fixings. I live alone. At no point was this explained to me before ordering the mattress.

It is physically impossible for me ( or anyone else living alone) to rotate the mattress weekly without bending it. The pamphlet states that claims will be refused if there is evidence of bending the mattress. But it also says claims will be refused where lack of rotation is evident.

So what am I supposed to do? I either rotate it by myself and bend it, or I don’t rotate it….both of which will result in a claim refusal!

I also clearly stated that I had a pine bed with a slatted base. Again, at no point was it explained to me that slatted bases would give a lower level of support. Hence maybe the reason I am waking up in pain every morning.

Had I have been told about both these things, I would never have ordered this particular mattress.

Excellent service: very informative and personal to my requirements. I was very well looked after and left delighted with my purchase

Victoria in the Llandudno branch gave us excellent customer service along with her expert subject knowledge. Would highly recommend. Thank you

very helpful and friendly service,go above and beyond to help you in choosing the right bed,I've always had my beds from bensons as its excellent quality and lasts for years,I will always choose bensons for beds.

The experience at the store in Llandudno was excellent . Jason the salesman was excellent . With a few days before delivery I needed to check how the headboard would be attached. Jason obliged and I gained some insight and confidence.
However the delivery was not good. I needed to see the contents of the very big box . The delivery man would not open the box and left . It was a struggle for us to open the box and a bigger struggle to fix it to the bed studs. My wife and I are in our 80’s .
