Victoria in Llandudno was absolutely fantastic
Victoria was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole process of buying my bed so easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and her excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Victoria, for all your help. Can’t wait for my new bed to arrive. I even went next door to the competitor and there service did not match.

Just Not Good Enough
We bought our new mattress from the Llandudno store to be delivered when we got home from our holidays. Everything was going ok till delivery day. Two young men came and took our old one away which we had put conveniently in the hallway. The new one was literally dragged through the main building, actually dragging on the door lock and handles, the same through the font and bedroom doors. The plastic bag ripped on the handle, how the mattress didn’t get damaged is beyond me. 2 men going at 100mph just to bring a mattress in wasn’t acceptable, no care, no communication, nothing, just sign here and off they went.
I held the door open for them to avoid any accidents, but he wasn’t playing, it was an awful experience.
It was the rushing and poor customer skills we were annoyed at.
I expected better, please and thank you are forgotten words today, manners cost nothing. Them 2 lads need training in customer ethics and learn customer care and manners.

Staff were lovely and efficient
Staff were lovely and efficient. Offered lots of advice without being pushy. I had to change delivery dates and when I called them they were polite and changed it quickly with no problems.

Craig was excellent
Craig was excellent. He was very patient, informative, and reassuring. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had no idea what I wanted, walking in, but I left with confidence in my purchase, thanks to Craig.
The delivery team were also great in communication and were very punctual, they were helpful with delivery and after a week of my new mattress I can certainly say I’m certainly very happy with my experience from start to finish and would highly recommend!

I’m not to sure what the gentleman’s…
I’m not to sure what the gentleman’s name was be he was really helpful! He helped me find the exact comfort for my mattress needs and showed me my pressure points to find me the perfect mattress! Communication was great, we had a laugh but he was very professional and offered great customer service! He was very welcoming and friendly!

Very bad company people don’t know what they are doing keep repeating there mistakes for one bed they deliver 3 wrong deliveries it’s so frustrating and on the top they don’t listen to there customers I’m trying to connect with there manager more than 48 hours still can’t connected i could advise not to waste your time and money on this company i placed order on 21st of July paid everything and i’m still waiting for my bed
Thank you for your reply but i don’t think sorry can fix anything i need action for my order i’m still waiting for your manager to call me it’s been more then 72 hours i’m not here for benson all the time i have lots of to do I recently moved into new home you giving me bad memories I’m really disappointed why you don’t have to pay any compensation or penalties to your customers if you doing mistakes however if any customer changed there many and want to cancel the order after delivery we have to pay 20% of your order why this rule not applied for you because you not facing anything your getting paid for your job it’s the customer who facing all this paying all in one, taking days off to receive your delivery waiting in the queue to speak with your customer care team it’s totally unfair.

Great choice in the Llandudno store. Excellent knowledge and assistance from the staff member that helped us purchase a new bed and mattress. We were offered the right choices for what we were looking for and the ability to choose material, style of headboard,legs and drawer types.
