Superb in store experience of buying a bed at Bensons in Livingston. The manager Paul was so knowledgeable and helpful with his advice, but with no pressure. Delighted with the choices we made.

From the minute we walked in to the store until the bed was in my home, the service was fantastic. The man in the shop was patient and explained everything to us. He gave us great confidence in the product and the service to follow. I was updated and sent helpful tips before our delivery day. On the day of the delivery, the guys were on time and very quick fitting the bed. The communication throughout has been stellar. Very happy customer

We bought an igel bed £2500 sold a 10yr guarantee phoned to request repair to cheap lining board and told “it’s settling” don’t buy one of these beds the mattress is too heavy for the base, went into one of they’re shops and sales staff are aware of the fault.

We arrived at the store an looked around, once we decided what we wanted to buy, Paul the assistant was with us straight away, no waiting around, he made us feel very welcome, which was very nice, he didn't rush us at all, he arranged for our good to be delivered and also went into the store room to find what we wanted 😀 we walked out of this store very happy with everything we needed, we was also informed of phone numbers that we could call for any enquiries we have during our wait for our delivery, thank you so much, Paul you made two happy customers that will definitely be back ......

Bought a king size mattress from the store in Livingston £1400 with a 10 year warranty. After about 16 month the mattress started to fall apart. So we had the technician out to have a look and take some pictures.
After talking to Bensons customer services a few times this was put down to wear and tare.
We have had mattress’s for less and lasted a lot longer than 16 months
Bensons were no help what so ever or weren’t interested which I had the feeling from the start.

The help given by your employee regarding the bed itself and pointing us to other beds which could have been if interest to us. Also he explained about the “take away our old bed” service. He was a very pleasant person - easy to talk to.

Dave in Livingstone store was great, knowledgeable helpful friendly. Definitely not pushy, allowed to browse and make up my own mind.
