Fantastic experience buying a new bed!
We had a great experience buying my mum's new bed last week, Conner the sales guy was fantastic, gave us time to look around, wasn't pushing about selling things to us and dealt with our purchase speedily.

Warm welcome
When we come into the store we got a friendly welcome. Told the assistant what we where looking for told us to feel free to have a good look around. Went back to speak to the assistant after we had a look around she was very helpful spent time with us and explaining any questions we had. Gave us a quote no pressure trying to get us to buy anything

Buying a bed at Benson for beds
Staff member welcomed me with a cheery hello.
I explained that I was looking for an ottoman bed. Steve let m see what he had in stock and was very helpful.
He printed of the details as wanted to discuss the bed at home with husband. Ordered bed the following day.

Excellent Customer Service
Owing to a medical condition I needed a lower bed and went to Bensons for beds (Livingston) Steve gave me space to look around. After looking about Steve advised that a lower divan would be a better solution as a thinner mattress would not help the medical condition. The service was excellent and when I went back to order the bed, Jack dealt with the sale in a very professional manner. With my experience I would thoroughly recommend Bensons for Beds for their excellent customer service

Excellent Service
My wife and I visited the store early in the day, when we were the only customers. The sales person tested our sleep positions to gauge how firm our mattresses should be. She then guided us to several several mattresses with different spring 'counts', layers of foam, with or without gel etc. We lay on these to test them and tried several pillows, so this process took quite a while. After making our choices, the sales person carefully reviewed a long list of criteria with us, including warranties, to check that we were buying exactly what we wanted. We also discussed and agreed a date for delivery, and how this could be altered if necessary. (We were aware of discounted prices before visiting the store, so felt confident about getting value for money.)

Zero stars
Zero stars, Mattress cost nearly £1,000, within 7 months, had hollow and dip in the middle, reported, had a visit and received replacement mattress. Same thing within 8 months hollow and dip in the middle. Have been told mattress should be rotated - no, the mattress is too heavy to move, so rotated me, slept at head, then foot of bed. Still trying to get reply and need a refund. Mattress not fit for purpose.
Update I have not been contacted, the reply from Benson is not correct 20Aug, 21.21hrs

Bedroom furniture…
Very helpful staff patient and friendly. We went through different options in the Lorenzo bedroom furniture. Went home we discussed what would suit the room then returned and ordered what we wanted. Easy process now waiting for it to arrive in next 5/6 weeks
