AVOID AT ALL COST
AVOID AT ALL COST! Worse company and customer service ever dealt with. They will scam you and lie. They don’t care about you just take your money! I got a damaged, torn with holes, stains and marks all over my mattress and all they offered was a £80 refund or spend £2,000 more for new one to be sent! When I already paid for new one!! So many better companies and better value ones that offer exact same products without the scam! They should not be allowed to trade still! They have cheek to blame delivery company . Just passed blame when the mattress was in sealed packaging and all the damage was under protective packaging!!

From start to finish from choosing buying the young girl was exceptional in the knowledge of the mattress kind polite and very professional,the communication after sale and for delivery top notch ,day of delivery phone call to say when delivery would be ,the delivery guys were brilliant polite and went above and beyond.very happy 👍

Fantastic service from start to finish, Craig in the showroom was so helpful and Chris and Kalvin who delivered were also lovely and courteous. I am so pleased with my purchases, the mattress is incredibly comfortable and the ottoman bed works perfectly and looks great!
