We visited the Leamington spa store and they were very helpful with selecting a bed. Best part of the service was the delivery both guys were exceptional despite a logistics hiccup. Kept me in the loop the whole team

The Hip-hop bed looked stylish and was easy to order. Prompt delivery and good tracking system to see when it would be delivered. Cheerful delivery team taking boxes upstairs. Straight forward assembly.

Richard was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements, taking time to understand our needs. We started by laying on the ‘Sleep Pro’ device (bed) which showed your pressure points, which was useful. We then tried a number of different mattresses, and Richard was very patient.

Richard at the Leamington spa branch was excellent, very knowledgeable on the characteristics of all beds and had a professional manner.

Don't buy any pillows in store. Returns policy is different if you bought on line. I tried to return a brand new pillow still in original packaging the next day to Leamington Spa store and was told no returns if bought in store but i would have been able to if i had bought online. What's the difference i asked, because i'd have paid a delivery charge - what?!

Our experience of buying a new bed from Bensons was exceptionally easy . Richard the sales Manager was very informative & was able to answer all our queries . We felt we were in good hands & we’re very happy with what we purchased .

Very good customer service. The staff member had a very good knowledge of products. Very attentive, showed us combinations of beds, costings and did not push us to buy.
N.B We live in Solihull and on the website it states there is a branch on Solihull retail park, it closed nearly 2 years ago. Why it's still showing as open for business is annoying.
