Really helpful staff who allowed us to take our time and consider everything, great selection of matresses and speedy delivery, all good!

I went to the shop only to have some information to upgrade my mattress. The "Mr seller" has been very kind to answer to all my hundreds questions. I have also asked about pillows and I have tried fews, ending up buying a good one on offer.
Good-better prices compare to brands websites.

We were met by Richard on arrival and he showed us the type of bed in which we were interested. We were able to talk about the mattress quality and attributes. He described the insurance available and mattress care products and produced an outline of the costing and potential delivery date. We decided to go ahead and purchase having compared what was available elsewhere.

The salesman was really helpful and the Bed installers were extremely good

They were l hour ahead of the original delivery time which was great carried it upstairs to the bedroom. The only thing that was at fault they didn't unpack it and take the card board away.

Staff took time to find the right bed and mattress for me. They did explain different makes of mattresses and did not try to talk me into buying the most expensive one.

Richard was very efficient, helpful & patient helping both my husband & son choose the right mattress for them. I would highly recommend.

Friendly staff confirmed the details of the mattress purchased some years ago and identified substantially similar ones available today. A quick test in store confirmed the right choice for me and arranging delivery with recycling of my old mattress was easy.
