Great sale prices, easy order process. Mailika in your Keighley Branch was very very helpful explained everything so well.
Friendly and helpful staff in store. Delivery team were professional and careful in the house. Mattress is very comfortable.

We went to our local Benson for Beds store searching for two double beds.
The staff in store were excellent, especially the lady who guided us to our purchases.
Her product knowledge was outstanding.

Small double sofa bed
The small double sofa bed caught my eye when I popped into the store as it was what I was after as a spare bed for my sons bedroom.
The material is of good quality and the structure is strong and sturdy. It easily converts into a bed.
Aleesha and her colleague were very patient and helpful with the purchase and placed the order, even though the card machine was faulty and no payment was made until the following day. They worked to offer a better deal which I was happy with.
Benson's communicated effectively and kept me informed regarding the delivery via email.
Overall very happy with my purchase from Bensons.

Keighley store is amazing
From walking in the store to delivery, can’t recommend Bensons enough, particularly the Keighley store. Ibr was brilliant. I used the Sleeppro in store and Ibr showed me mattresses that were suitable and explained the benefits of each one. I tried all of them and chose one. I was given a delivery date around 2 weeks away. The communication and updates in between were excellent. The mattress was delivered and my old one taken away. The tracking facility is superb so I knew when it was coming. The mattress is amazing and I haven’t slept this well in years. 5* company, brilliant staff and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

My husband and I visited the Keighley…
My husband and I visited the Keighley store and dealt with Ruby. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We spent a good hour in the store and purchased our new bed following good recommendations.
It was an excellent experience and I would recommend this store.
