Great sale prices, easy order process. Mailika in your Keighley Branch was very very helpful explained everything so well.

Friendly and helpful staff in store. Delivery team were professional and careful in the house. Mattress is very comfortable.

I needed a sofa bed. Everything that IKEA had was too big for my second bedroom. My partner suggested Bensons so we looked at their website. They had exactly what I needed.

We visited the Keighley store and were met by Ruby who was very friendly, helpful and efficient. In no time at all I had ordered a sofa bed and arranged delivery. I’d happily go to Bensons first next time.

I believe I met a lovely lady called Ruby in store. I had already seen the bed frame online. She was very helpful, answered all my questions and also gave me a delayed delivery slot, as the bedroom isn't finished.

Purchased a quality sofa bed for an affordable price. It’s yet to be delivered. The date has been arranged. We had a lovely staff member Ruby help us. She was really good at her job and put no sale pressure on us. We will be back in the future.

From start to finish we had excellent service from the staff in the show room and also the delivery drivers Sean and Andy.

From first choosing the products I wanted in the Keighley store Mohammed Ali couldn't have been more helpful. I gave him my budget and we looked at products in that range. He went out of his way to ensure that I got the delivery date I was depending on (visitors arriving!). Delivery was on time and efficiently done.
I chose the Eve Hybrid Uno mattress which comes rolled up - it sprang to life over 24 hours. I have not slept on it yet but it feels very supportive and I am sure will fit the bill. Overall a very good 'old fashioned' service from shop to delivery.

Plenty of variety on types and prices for all budgets. Purchased a full front ottoman bed with Igel mattress. Very pleased as only went in to look.
