Good advice , very helpful with no pressure on us ,
we have taken delivery of our purchase and now getting used to our new mattress.

Great experience with friendly, knowledgeable employees. Charlotte was great and we quickly forgot about the below average experience of other stores. We have been sleeping peacefully ever since!

Very helpful and professional young lady. Well done.

The shop salesman was very helpful and provided good advice.
Delivery has yet to happen so cannot comment on that.

Very knowledgeable about the different type of beds .
We knew what type of mattress we wanted and he advised us on the ones we were interested in.

Today we were treated by a very pleasant and warming sales assistant Jay. Not pushy very informative on what mattress to choose, would recommend her

Charlotte offered us a friendly and informed customer service experience with no obligation to purchase. However, we are very pleased with our new purchase and would recommend Charlotte should you find yourself in need of a new bedroom furniture.

Great service - bought single mattress. Very helpful

Sofa bed was beautiful colour. Not slept on yet but reasonably comfy to sit on.
Delivery was a little disappointing as the men told me they were only supposed to have deliveries to bungalows on Fridays. ( my sofa bed was to go upstairs) They then said pictures should have come off my stair walls and refused to unpack the item.
I had not been informed previously that they would not be unpacking as this would have been at extra considerable cost.
However, they did put on shoe protectors and I only had to put on the legs on the bed once it was out of the box. So all in all happy with the outcome so far.

The service was top notch and the management was very helpful

The sale person who we saw was very polite understanding and very helpful
He even made arrangement for someone to help us to get rid of the old bed and mattress also to set up our new bed when he found out my wife and re both disable

i knew from start to finish that i could trust bensons for beds in getting the correct bed & mattress to which suited our needs & by having the brilliant staff who took their time with us going through every detail & a very fair price . we was in no way pushed or hurried into buying something that would not be of any use to us in the long run,so the whole shopping experience was very good , delivery is due in a few weeks time so hopefully all will go as smoothly as the shopping trip & more importantly a good , restful nights sleep 😴.

Warm welcome by Craig into the showroom & transaction of sale efficient & communication was based on customer satisfaction.
Bensons is my 1st port of call when I need something they sell. Up until now very satisfied with their service.
