Excellent service at the shop- didnt feel pushed into purchasing but received very helpful advice. Delivery was on time within the time slot and they phoned me 30 minutes prior to arrival with the delivery gentleman’s name so as a lady of an older age I felt very safe. Very kind and helpful delivery team. The mattress is of high quality too. I would most certainly recommend.

Janine at benson for beds Ipswich served us at 630pm on august bank holiday Monday, shortly before closing took the time to sort us out a mattress and finance agreement. Didn’t rush us and made us feel at ease, explained everything in detail. If I needed to buy a mattress every week I’d go back to janine each time 10/10
