The bed choosing experience was ok. The staff not very helpful, lack of wanting to discuss my bed needs. With a bit of direction, I would have probably gone for a better quality mattress & a slightly larger bed (queen) but I felt they wanted to sell me the 1st bed I looked at.

Headboard central.
Went in for a looking for a headboard, and came out with two. Excellent service from Craig who pointed out the best options. Cannot fault, will return for a mattress.

great service ...eventually
the young lady who assisted me gave clear and concise answers to my questions and was most helpful.
Only down side was that the more elderly salesperson made no attempt to approach whilst I was in the premises (and this was for about 20 mins) and the young lady kindly stopped hoovering and came to ask me if I needed some assistance. Some customer focus is needed by this gentleman

No pushy sales
I liked the fact that there wasn’t any pushy sales when purchasing our goods. Kevin introduced himself but allowed us to browse at our leisure. He was very knowledgeable on all the products.
