Having already had an igel mattress for five years, there was no other bed for me. My previous mattress was sadly discontinued but Lettie at the Hull store took the time to show me the newer igel options. I was never rushed and tried out all the display models. I decided upon the igel 5000 firm mattress. I Only had to wait 3 weeks from order to delivery. The mattress is very comfortable and supports you in the best way. Looking forward to many more wonderful nights sleep. Thank you ☺️

I had a mattress which developed a fault a technician came out and failed the mattress I was able to get a new one with no problems, unfortunately the new one was too firm for us and I was able to change it to a softer one with no hassle at all delivered and installed quickly, the only thing I wasn’t happy with was having to pay a fee for changing the mattress when it’s a comfort guarantee that you can swap if any problems

Delivery guys were great. On time, polite and courteous, respectful of our property (shoes off). Carried the mattress up stairs and put it on the bed all with a smile . What more could you ask. Cheers guys.

Good value for money but still providing a quality product. Natalie the member of staff at the Hull branch was very helpful, making the decision to buy the right bed easier.
We had good communication throughout, from the time we placed the order to when the bed was delivered. The delivery team were on time and very efficient and respectful during the setup.

The lady that helped us with our purchase was polite, friendly, spoke to us about different options, showed us all different combinations of wardrobes, the delivery was efficient and the guys that fitted the wardrobe were helpful and provided a good service.

When we visited Bensons for Beds we were greeted by a very pleasant sales person called Michael. We found him to be very helpful, pleasant & knowledgeable about all the beds In store. We tried out a few beds & pillows & were soon able to make our choice.
He gave us a delivery date before we left the store which wasn’t too far ahead. On the day of delivery we were kept up to date with times of this & were called within the hour so we knew when to expect this. When the bed & pillow arrived we were met by 2 very pleasant men. The driver called Lee & his assistant John. They soon took our old mattress out & brought in the new one & straight down the hallway into the bedroom. They soon removed the packaging & even held up the mattress so I could adjust the valance around the base. They were respectful to our property, shared a few pleasantries with us & they were gone. I would certainly recommend this company to friends & family & we love our new mattress & pillow
