A very pleasant welcome on arrival and then ample time to peruse items we were interested in with no pushy sales talk. On both occasions we received attention when needed and clear information about our options. The store has excellent range of bedroom furniture and prices are very competitive. Great value for money. Well worth a visit.

Another great experience with Bensons for Beds
We met with Steve at the Hull St. Andrews Quay branch, as we were looking to replace our mattress. As we had previously purchased from the Hull branch of Bensons for Beds, it was an easy choice to return. Steve was friendly and really knowledgeable about all of his products, and actually listened to what we were looking for, offering us what we wanted and not what he had to push. I need a really firm mattress due to a back injury years ago, so not wasting time on items less firm was refreshing. Overall another great experience with Bensons for Beds - highly recommended.

(At the Saint Andrews Quay, Hull store) , was pleasant, polite, courteous, efficient - and not pushy which was good, as overwhelming sales people drive us away ! We chose Bensons over other general furniture stores, as they seem to concentrate mainly on beds and mattresses, and therefore have lots of expertise in that field.

Good experience from walking in to buying a mattress 2 assistants in the shop the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable not pushy felt very comfortable would definitely recommend this store kept in touch with emails the delivery men were really good gave plenty of notice and we're on time very pleasant and quick took old mattress away and new one upstairs without any fuss or damage to anything.
