My experience with Benson For Beds has been a positive one from my 1st visit in the showroom in St Leonards with a very nice young man. To being kept up to date via text and emails to my 2 hr delivery slot and the delivery by 2 very nice polite men. Very Good Service. Many Thanks.

I went to buy a mattress and was greeted very politely and asked if he could be of any help. Although unable to help with this particular purchase as it was an unusual size, whilst in the shop I noticed a sofa bed.
He showed me how it worked answered all my questions and gave me privacy to speak to my husband as this was an unplanned purchase. I’m a very satisfied customer thank you Marian

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Martin's advice was much appreciated to enable us to select the correct bed. He was very professional and allowed us time to look around on our own but was always on hand to help us. He made the process an enjoyable experience. Once we had purchased the bed we returned to the store to measure the base of the ottoman bed to enable us to buy boxes to store in there. They were so accommodating again. Great store, great staff

This is the second time I’ve had this experience, within just a few seconds of me looking lost and member of staff (Adam) was greeting me and offering assistance. Very polite and friendly, getting as much information to help try out the right mattress, trying different designs and styles. And finally finding the right one for me. This was by far one of the best experiences of recent that I’ve had.

Very helpful adviser, who was able to provide good information to make our decision. Asked good question about sleeping back side front etc. Also beds had pillows on which key to making decision

I ordered the PENSILVA ORTHO mattress after trying it in store. It was within my budget (as it was half price) and it has proved to be fantastic. My old mattress was causing my back to ache but this new one does not. The delivery of the mattress went well, and I was so pleased that there was an option to recycle my old mattress. Great company selling the best products.

Adam from bexhill road hastings was brilliant, helped us went through all the mattresses with us till we found the right one,(had a lot of patients,lol).was really friendly. Bought the air 9 slumberland, cant wait till it comes.cant rate adam highly enough. Brilliant.
