Came to the St Leonards store and chose a mattress & pillows. Fay was professional & helpful with helping sort things out. We were notified every step of the way, delivery on time. Even used my Blue Light card for a discount! Absolutely fabulous!

Fay at Bensons for Beds in St Leonards was extremely helpful. She listened to what my 16yr old wanted, asked her questions and spoke with her about her choices whilst giving considerations to budget and my thoughts as well.
She called us the following day to say that the price had dropped further, and despite a change in what we had thought of buying originally Fay supported us in still getting the best value. Overall a really positive and stressless experience

Very pleased with purchase
Delivery was fast and efficient. They dismantled and removed the old bed, and even offered advice on obtaining caster cups to prevent the bed from skating around on the hardwood floor. The bed is absolutely heavenly to sleep on. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Great service from Wayne at the Hastings branch
My son and I both bought our beds from the Hastings branch and were really well looked after by Wayne. He spent a lot of time with us, helping us find the right firmness level and then showing us all our options. Nothing was too much trouble and he had the patience of a saint. Really friendly and helpful. We finally chose our beds and the order process was easy.
We were kept up to date with delivery date and times and called the morning of delivery to give an approximate time of arrival. The delivery guys were really friendly and very efficient and the beds were together in no time. All packaging and old mattresses taken away and left spotless.
We’re only 3 days in but so far we are loving our new beds and comfy mattresses. My bed looks beautiful, exceptional quality and the ottoman option is a real bonus.
Very happy overall with service, quality of the beds and the great customer service from Wayne. Thank you.
