She was very clear at explaining all the options to me and was quick at finding out which wardrobes would fit my son's bedroom. She was very professional and a credit to the store. Outstanding service. Our matress had ‘sunk’ after only three years and had an eight year guarantee. I contacted Customer Services who were brilliant, I sent some pictures showing measurements of the ‘sink’ and on a follow up call soon after they agreed it was outside of the tolerance level and offered a full refund or voucher to spend in store. I opted for the refund, the mattress was collected within a week and money back in my account the next day.

Straightforward, process, the Sales person was friendly and helpful.

We were approached by this fine gentleman,we knew what we wanted,however rather than walking around looking he took us to a mattress machine to determine what level of firmness would suit us,then showed us the mattresses and we chose,we also chose a base which was the ottoman,no brainer! We were given a complimentary package which included insurance,discount,and welcome freebies to give us peace of mind and hassle free sale with no pressure just guidance.
Were happy with our choice and spent £1,600 on 2 mattresses one for our son single and king size mattress and base.
All in all a pleasant experience at Bensons, Harlow.

Salesman was very helpful in going through different options and showing us different beds and looking up delivery times as we needed 2 beds quite quickly. There is a good range to suit different budgets.
