A Positive Experience
The choosing of a new mattress with Bensons for Beds was very straightforward from selection to delivery. We had a good selection to try out with the support of a lovely lady who was there to answer questions but left us alone to browse. The mattress was delivered within 3 weeks with useful regular contact and 3 days before- a 2 hour time slot. The two gentleman swiftly and carefully removed our old mattress and delivered the new one to its final resting place. Thanks Bensons.

I found three mattresses that I liked
I found three mattresses that I liked. I tried them all for a long time and eventually made up my mind. The gentleman that was in the showroom pretty much left me to it until I asked his advice. He then was very helpful indeed. Polite and knowledgeable. I am at the moment expecting my mattress on the 20 October. Can’t wait! I would recommend Bensons to other people.

A great service from start to finish
Salesperson Holly was extremely helpful, but never pushy at any time, giving us very useful advice, she made the experience very relaxed.
The delivery of our mattress was excellent, being informed the whole time of when to expect delivery, also the 2 operatives were very professional.

Great service from buying a new mattress with very helpful staff . Kept in contact regularly to the delivery and phoned to let me know they will be delivering within a certain time . Cheerful delivery men too . Very good service all round .

Shop staff were very friendly and informative. Delivery of the mattress was on time and very efficent. Cannot praise the shop and delivery staff more.

10/10 for the Harlow store!
Went into the Harlow store and the staff were knowledgable and gave me the time to find the right mattress. They were able to answer all my questions and especially Holly who explained the different mattresses clearly and with ease.
