The customer service was very friendly and polite. He made me smile all through.

We had Richard as our expert staff member to explain everything we need to know about the beds we had narrowed our choices down to. He was able to effectively answer all our questions and concerns. He made selecting our final choice quite easy.

Young lady was very helpful and was honest enough to say she didn’t know to some questions

Me and my partner ordered an Ottoman bed from a shop in Gillingham. Consultant Richard met us with pleasure to help. We were looking for nice family ottoman bed, which will looks nice in our new place and not that expensive because we are waiting for a baby.
After long comparing price+quality+look we decided to wait longer but get what we want!

Happy with the staff. Was happy with the way I was treated. Product that I purchased which was a mattress was Happy as was very comfortable when lying on the shop product.

Good customer service just disappointed bed is a wait on 6 weeks when told the day before I purchased a 2 week delivery date
